Milagu Thakkali Gravy Traditional, Healthy gravy suited for all Tiffen items and rice. Ulcer patients can have this. Ingredients Milagu Thakkali kaai-3 tbsp Small Onions -10 Garlic cloves-8 Tamarind-amla size Coconut-3 tbsp - take out the milk Tomato-1 Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp Kulambu powder-2 tsp Coriander powder-3 tbsp Gingelly oil, mustard seeds, ulund dhal, asafotida, curry leaves,salt, jaggery. Steps In oil, fry mustard seeds , ulund and asafotida. Fry onion, garlic. Add milagu Thakkali kaai and mix well. Close and cook for 2 minutes. Add Tomato, all powders. Fry for a minute. Add Tamarind pulp. Cook for 4 minutes. Add coconut milk,salt, curry leaves, cook for 2 minutes. Add Jaggery. Mix well and switch off. Add a spoon of gingelly oil on top.
